In the e-register, it is possible to check documents issued in Latvia:

             - documents that were authenticated with an Apostille by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until June 30, 2019.

Documents that were authenticated with an Apostille starting from July 1, 2019, can be checked at the Board of Sworn Notaries: https://www.latvijasnotars.lv, phone: 24202100, e-mail address: info@latvijasnotars.lv

             - documents that were legalized by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs starting from July 1, 2019.

To check documents which were legalized until June 30, 2019, please contact Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
