On 14th November 2025, H. E. Kārlis Eihenbaums, Ambassador Agrée of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of Thailand (residing in Beijing) presented the Consular Commission to Mr. Naphat Chongratanakul, Honorary Consul of Latvia in Bangkok, Thailand. Ambassador Eihenbaums wished all the best, and expressed full confidence in productive and close co-operation for the benefit of two nations with newly appointed Honorary Consul of Latvia in Bangkok Mr. Chongratanakul.
