The Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Australia announces field mission by a portable passport station to take place in Brisbane, QLD on April 19th and 20th, 2024

NB!
Applications for a passport and/or a personal identity card (eID card) will only be accepted from persons who have been assigned a personal identity number and, in the case of a name/surname change, information on whom has been updated in the Register of Natural Persons. 

To register a child born in Australia and get a Latvian personal number, please follow instructions here.
Regarding changes in the information included in the Register of Natural Persons, number, please follow instructions here. 
The originals of Birth certificates and Marriage certificates need a legalisation with APOSTILLE of issuing State (at the Australian Passport Office).
