On 11 February, an injured Ukrainian protester arrived in Latvia to receive medical treatment and rehabilitation. To assist other victims, Ukrainians have also expressed interest in Latvian medical experts’ consultations and telemedicine technologies. This type of assistance is especially important for those patients who cannot be transported.

Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs has informed Ukraine about the readiness of the Latvian Government to provide medical assistance to ten people injured in the protests in Ukraine. Latvia is one of the countries which have offered their medical aid.
