H.E. Ms Maija Manika

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the People’s Republic of China

Maija Manika began working at the Foreign Trade Policy Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1993. During her diplomatic career, M. Manika took on various assignments at the Ministry headquarters.

From 2010 to 2013 M.Manika was also posted as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to Sweden. From 2015 to 2019 M. Manika was the Foreign Affairs Advisor to the President of Latvia.
