Attention! Consular services are provided only to those persons who have declared in the Latvian Register of Natural Persons the place of their residence in Greece, Cyprus or Bulgaria. Renewal of residence data on the spot at the embassy is a paid service. The price of the service is 50 euros per person.
Residents of Serbia are not served by the embassy in Greece.
Applications for passports or id cards are provided in person and only to a prior notice. To arrange an appointment at the Consular section of the Embassy: electronic pre-registration system Other services (certificates) are provided by post/currier or by e-signature. |
Attention to third-country nationals: Procedures of Entry into Latvia Since 01.09.2025. third-country nationals who do not have a visa or residence permit issued by Latvia will be obliged, at least 48h prior entering Latvia, to submit certain information about themselves and the purpose of their travel to the State Threat Prevention Information System at eta.gov.lv. The Embassy in Greece does not issue visas, therefore: - third country nationals residing in Greece on legal grounds are advised to contact Latvia Embassy in Poland and - third country nationals residing in Cyprus on legal grounds are advised to contact Latvia Embassy in Egypt. |
