HOW TO APPLY FOR A RESIDENCE PERMIT

Tue, Wed, Thu: 9:30 - 11:30 To book an appointment at the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the People's Republic of China for the submission of the documents related to the Residence Permit or C visa (for service/official passport holders only), please proceed to the electronic appointment system. For other questions please consult the Embassy by email (English/Latvian)/phone. |

| 31st December | New Year's Eve |
* if 4th May and 18th November is on Saturday or Sunday, Embassy will be closed for the next working day.
