Latvian food products represented during the European Day event in Beijing

On May 9, the Embassy participated with the national stand of Latvia at a Europe Day event in Beijing hosted by the Delegation of the European Union.

Diplomats of the Embassy informed the visitors of the stand about culture of Latvia and its history as well as answered questions.

The national stand represented traditional Latvian food products, which could be purchased in China including the popular e-commerce platform Taobao.

The stand’s guests enjoyed tasting of various food and drinks, which combined natural ingredients with innovative packaging solutions.
