On 3rd January 2026 in Guangzhou, Ambassador Kārlis Eihenbaums took part in the Guandong-Latvia Economic and Trade Forum and in the grand opening ceremony of the Riga Varnish and Paint Factory’s first store in China.
On 4th and 5th January 2026 in Guangzhou, Ambassador Eihenbaums and representatives of the Riga Varnish and Paint Factory met and discussed business co-operation possibilities with senior leadership of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangdong Committee (CCPIT Guandong), China State Ship Corporation Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Company, and American Amway in China.
