Consular services are available only by a previously scheduled appointment.

After scheduled appointment in the system the confirmation e-mail is sent to person's e-mail. We invite persons to come to the Embassy only after receiving the confirmation e-mail.
Appointments for passports and/or eID cards are opened every Wednesday at 9:00 one week at a time, 2 weeks ahead.
Call hours for consular queries: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 14:00 to 16:00 and Tuesday, Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00.

The consular district of the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Ireland - Ireland. Latvian nationals from Northern Ireland should apply for consular services to the Embassy of the Republic if Latvia in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- On arrival visitors must present a valid passport or eID card.
- The payment for consular services can only be done by bank card. Payments in cash are not accepted. The fee can be paid by other person, but please note that a holder of the bank card must present their passport or eID card upon request.

Please note, that during the visist communication with the nationals of Latvia is provided in Latvian language. If you do not understand Latvian language, you must come to the appointment with a translator.
It is forbidden to use photo and video equipment in the Embassy premises, including taking pictures and making videos. In the case of non-compliance with the rules the Embassy has right to refuse services and expel the person from the Embassy premises.
