"Nameja balva" award competition for entrepreneurs will be held for the 15th time in 2025

On 15 January 2025, a traditional meeting was held at the Embassy of Latvia with representatives of Latvian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and entrepreneurs on joint cooperation projects in the economic field in 2025.

Ambassador Solveiga Silkalna emphasized that the joint decision to hold the "Nameja balva" award for the 15th time this year is an important contribution to strengthening the economic cooperation between Latvia and Lithuania, not only honoring the most successful Latvian companies working in Lithuania, but also promoting the products and services of Latvian entrepreneurs, thus promoting the competitiveness of Latvian companies in the Lithuanian market. Representatives of Latvian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the companies "Sakret", "Grifs AG" and "Grant Thornton" praised good cooperation with the Embassy, and in 2025 the tradition of the "Nameja balva" will be continued, it is planned to hold a business mission in Klaipėda in the spring, as well as Latvian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its foundation this year.

Latvian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania in cooperation with Embassy of Latvia in Lithuania and Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organizes a competition and award ceremony "Nameja balva" for Latvian companies doing business in Lithuania and their cooperation partners - Lithuanian companies. It is planned that this year the applications for the "Nameja balva 2025" competition will be announced at the beginning of the summer of 2025, while the award ceremony is planned for autumn in Vilnius.
