Networking event for Latvian professionals “Innovations for a safer future for Latvia and Europe!”

This week, from March 10-12, several European-wide events are taking place in Brussels, bringing together representatives of the defense industry, including those from Latvia.

The Embassy of Latvia, in cooperation with @LIAA, @ESI.LV and @Latvian Society in Belgium, organized the event "Innovations for a safer future for Latvia and Europe!" on the evening of March 10, which was attended by more than 40 participants - entrepreneurs, representatives of universities, representatives of EU institutions and the diaspora.

The event provided practical information on the preparation and further implementation of project applications for the European Defence Fund and other EU instruments. Also, several Latvian companies offering innovative solutions, including for defence and military needs, shared examples of good practice. The majority of the event was dedicated to networking and opportunities to exchange experiences.
