Applicants from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Myanmar who are going to Latvia based on employment agreement can submit Long Stay (D) visa applications through VFS Global visa application centres in India and Sri Lanka.
All applicants from India, Nepal and Sri Lanka applying for a Long Stay visa with a purpose ''employment in Latvia'' are subjected to a visa support document verification with service provider Hello Verify India Private Limited.
Applicants from Bangladesh must submit Long Stay (D) visa application at the Embassy in person. Appointment must been booked only through the online appointment system: https://pieraksts.mfa.gov.lv/en/india.

Please note that document verification should be done prior to visa application submission at the VFS Global Latvia. NB! Without Hello Verify transaction number, appointment for visa application submission at VFS WILL NOT be granted.
