Top Emerging Destination - Latvia

On May 18, the Latvian Embassy in India received an award in the field of tourism "Top Emerging Destination" at the event “Diplomatic Travel Award 2026” of the edition TravelJingles.

Ms Hitasha Mehra, Editor-in-Chief of the magazine TravelJingles, travelled to all three Baltic States in December 2025 and then shared wonderful travel descriptions about Latvia, introducing Indian readers to the Latvian traditions, wonderful architecture of capital Riga and Latvian cuisine.
