Tuesdays 9:00 - 17:00 Consular services (identity documents, preparation of certificates, citizenship issues, etc.) provided by the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the Republic of Estonia can be obtained only by persons who have declared their residence in Estonia (declaration of residence at the Embassy costs 50.00 EUR).
