The fastest growing economy in the European Union
Latvia has bounced back from the global financial crisis and today is the fastest growing economy in the European Union. The imminent adoption of the Euro on 1 January 2014 is expected to be an additional boost for potential investors in the Baltic country. On this basis the government is preparing to promote investment possibilities in the transport and financial sectors which will offer interested parties the opportunity to acquire stakes in these promising sectors of the economy.
To present these opportunities key decision-makers will meet you in London on 18 October 2013 for an investment forum under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Latvia, organised by the Embassy of Latvia in the UK and Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, and hosted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The conference will begin at 11.30hrs and confirmed speakers will include:

After brief presentations you will be invited to participate in a Q&A session and will also have the opportunity to follow-up informally during a buffet lunch which will bring the conference to a conclusion by approx. 14.00hrs.
