Consular services provided by the Embassy of Latvia in Finland (renewal of identity documents, updating of information in the Latvian Population Register, certificates from the Population Register etc.).
Consular services are provided only to citizens of Latvia who have a permanent address of residency in Finland registered in the Latvian Register of Natural Persons. From 1 January, 2025, the registration of an address of residency in Finland at the Embassy incurs a consular service fee of 50 EUR for each receiver of a consular service. Registration of an address of residency should be done prior to the consular appointment, free of charge at https://latvija.gov.lv/Home/ , by using electronic identification.
