Ambassador Kārlis Eihenbaums remembers the victims and honours the survivors of the Holodomor genocide

On 24 November Ambassador Kārlis Eihenbaums was honoured to stand with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, the Embassy of Ukraine in Canada, and many Canadian politicians on Parliament Hill in Ottawa at the solemn commemoration of 88th anniversary of the Holodomor genocide.

This week we remember the victims and honour the survivors of the Holodomor, the famine-genocide that occurred in Ukraine from 1932 to 1933.

This week and always, we remember. We remember the horror.
