The Embassies of the Baltic States commemorate the victims of Soviet mass deportations

On June 14, at the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Ottawa, representatives of the Baltic countries' embassies commemorated the victims of the Soviet mass deportations of June 14, 1941. By lighting candles and remembering with a moment of silence the Baltic people who were taken to the Siberian GULAG camps. On this tragic day, we also remember the victims of the Ukrainian war in our prayers.
