Only electronic visa application forms are accepted in the Embassy of Latvia in Egypt. The application has to be saved in the system, printed and signed.
In case of several applicants, each of them has to fill a separate application (do not modify the existing one).
Steps to fill the electronic visa application form:
- Insert all the required data regarding the applicant and the intended travel at the following link: https://epak.pmlp.gov.lv/NVIS.EService001.WebSite/ApplicationMain.aspx?NewLang=ENGL
- In the bottom of the webpage validate your information in answering an anti-spam security question and save the application.
- A new webpage will appear. Click on the button “Print” in the bottom of the new page.
- A .pdf document will be opened. Print the .pdf document and sign it on pages number 3 and 4.
Never use the options File--->Print--->Print the webpage or PrintScreen.
The application has to be on 5 pages (on 6 pages if there are compatibility issues with your printer), the last one being the barcode with unique application number.
Submit the printed and signed document to the Embassy during your appointment.
