An electronic pre-registration system has been launched at the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the United States to apply for passports and eID cards. The information about how to apply for a passport and/or eiD card can be found here.
Please be informed that the calendar of pre-registration system is opened 10 weeks ahead. Each new week is added to a calendar on Mondays 9:00 AM (EST).
The Consular Division of the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the USA provides consultations over the telephone from Monday until Friday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 (noon) and from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Eastern time. The Embassy is closed on Saturday and Sunday and during the official Latvian holidays.
