Embassy of Latvia participates in the annual "Taste of Europe" event

On September 12, representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the United States took part in the annual "Taste of Europe" event organized by the European Union delegation to the United States.

"Taste of Europe" is the largest agricultural event organized by the European Union, to promote the products of the European Union Member states for the US market, especially in cooperation with the US Congress, the US Department of Agriculture and entrepreneurs.

The Embassy of Latvia offered the visitors to taste various staple export products of Latvia, such as dark rye bread, sweet cottage cheese bars and balsam, while promoting Latvia and providing visitors with information about tourism, investment and study opportunities in Latvia.
